Winter means basketball...

 Macey had a great season...it started out a little weird with her making the third team which was subsequently disbanded and she was asked to move up to the 2nd team...where she took a couple of weeks to warm up but once she got started she was on FIRE and had a great season.  We enjoyed Coach Smidtke for the first time even though he's coached this age group for years and mom got to make some new friends...we hope Macey plays at least through middle school and then when she gets to high school I'd love it if she kept playing but if not, at least she will have learned a skill and made some friends along the way!
