M's Fall Soccer: Tiger's Rule!!

After an awesome season, M's soccer team the Lakeville Tigers took first place in the Fall Tournament. These girls worked so hard! It was an incredible team to be involved with and the coaches were wonderful. I take some (not much) credit for this team since I coached most of them last season and some the season before! We just loved watching Macey play and she is really, really good. She loves the sport and we can't wait until spring to do it all again! Go Tigers!

The last game of the Tournament came down to a shootout. Macey was the first one to take a shot and she nailed it right in the corner of the net. Boom, no problem. Each of her team mates did the same. You would have thought it was the World Cup the tension on the field was palpable! It was a fabulous day with emotions running high. Watching the girls on the other team cry when they lost was heartbreaking. Seeing the pride our girls had in their achievments made me, at least, so thankful that my daughter has the opportunity to do such fun things!!

M's BDay Present from Daddy

...horseback riding lessons!! (not a horse...sorry for the confusion)...Macey is in a horse loving stage. Jason got her a couple of horseback riding lessons for her birthday. She bought herself a couple more with her birthday money. We're on hiatus now for the winter but she will start again when it warms up. Her instructor says shes a "natural" and she sure loves it!!
