BEACH 2025!
Oysters with a View...best house ever. That said, last time we were there there were no drinking glasses. Or , like, 2. I picked up some glasses at the thrift store. Something so easy made a big difference at the week!
July 2025: Quick trip to Kilmarnock
We had a nice drive over to Kilmarnock. We could not find Grandmom's gravesite, which apparently is weird because Uncle Joe says its the biggest one there. Next time...
July 2025: Miscellaneous
Finally got our city building permit so now the work on the garage remodel can continue...swingset finally taken down and opened up our whole back yard...we had to get a new washer (good times)....the wandering plant loves its new home on the front porch and is growing...had a pants party with the Tighe ladies and hemmed some pants...I replaced the flushing mechanism on the downstairs toilet (aren't I clever)...the window was inserted to give some light to the new bedroom...the gardenias I planted last summer are doing great and growing, though still not throwing off the delightful overwhelming smell that I would like to have every time I walk up to the house; I still have hope...more fun Thanksgiving figures for 2025.
