Washington DC
My friend Julie and I took our 5 kids (9, 8, 6, 6 and 2) to DC for Fall Break this year. We stayed at Kim and Jeff's house and all my sisters and their kids (9, 8, 8, 3 and 8 months) as well as my Mom came up to meet us and hang out. We did the sights (Museums, the Mall, the Monuments, White House, Dulles Hanger, Korean Memorial, WW II Memorial, ML King, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Mount Vernon, the Mint, etc. etc) and some hanging out at the house. The kids enjoyed Jeff's basement theatre, the moms got out for a night on the town and everyone came home exhausted. It was a lot of fun. Chicago last year, DC this year...maybe next fall break we hit the West Coast? There is a lot to do in San Fransisco and San Diego...maybe a cruise through LA...we'll have to see.
