My nephew's second grade class read Flat Stanley and then made a Stanley and sent it off to have adventures. This one came to Minnesota. During his visit, Flat Stanley went to school with Josh, to work with me and sledding with the kids. He helped with the carrots on Thanksgiving Day and sat out the meal for fear of getting dirty. We also went on a short jaunt into St. Paul to show him the sights and he got to see all of the Charles Shultz Peanuts character's statues in Rice Park and around the city. As you can see, Flat Stanely came to us in black and white but over the course of his visit he obtained color and a nice, cozy vest. Come back anytime, Stanley, we loved having you!
