Wednesday morning we met Owen and Tyler and sorta-cousin Kyle at the Franklin Institute. Kim and Jeff went to Greece to celebrate their 10th anniversary instead of going to the Beach this year...ok, we'll let them get away with it this time. The twins spent some time with their Grandy (Jeff's mom) in NJ and Grandy was nice enough to meet up with us in Philadelphia at the Franklin Institute (a fun science museum...another recommendation if you are in the area with your kids). We saw and explored the great big heart, rode on a train and had fun in the sports room. Joshua got clocked by a basketball some bigger kids were fooling around with in the sports room and there was a moment of panic before he started screaming bloody murder, but it turned out ok...no permanent damage (at least none we can tell about now). It was fun to see the twins and their Lehrfeld cousin Kyle who we had spent a week with at the beach last year.
